Published - Statewide Home Language Survey
As part of the adopted revisions to Adopted Revisions to 19 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 89, Subchapter BB effective August 9, 2023 includes a Statewide HLS Letter that will be given to all students across the state of Texas upon initial enrollment to Texas public schools.
